Acquire a Blingtron 5000 Gift Package, which contains Photo B.O.M.B. as a possible drop.
Use Photo B.O.M.B.
Click Photo B.O.M.B. to activate it. The toy triggers an animation similar to a party grenade and applies a temporary buff to everyone in the targeted area.
