Complete Shadowguard Shattered First
You cannot begin this treasure puzzle until you have completed the Tazavesh quest line ending with The Shadowguard Shattered. Only after this point does the zone transform into a friendly city where the puzzle becomes accessible.
Dismount and Loot Treasure
Travel to Tazavesh at 47.85, 62.21 and dismount before interacting with the mail overflow. Loot the treasure here — you will see letters swirling around your character confirming you have received the buff. You cannot receive the buff while mounted.
Enter the Mailroom Door
Click on the Mailroom Door located just beside where you looted the treasure at 47.89, 62.53 and go inside.
Stand in All Four Circles
Inside the mailroom, locate the four mail chute circles on the ground at 46.54, 64.32, then 47.4, 69.49, then 48.91, 67.09, and finally 48.44, 65.52. Stand in each circle and use the Extra Action Button labeled Distribute Mail that appears — once the mail is delivered the circle disappears.
Loot the Reward Chest
After all four circles have been activated, a treasure chest will spawn at 47.97, 64.37. Loot it to receive the P.O.S.T. Master's Express Hearthstone.
