Small Offering Key is on the building's wall — you can climb up through the broken section of the structure to reach it.
Open the Offering Box
Use the Small Offering Key to unlock the Offering Box at 45.36, 67.16 in Korthia. This treasure is part of the Treasures of Korthia achievement, and opening it gives you a chance to receive the Offering Kit Maker.
Use the Offering Kit Maker
Once obtained, using the Offering Kit Maker creates an Offering Kit that works like wrapping paper, allowing you to wrap items and gift them to other players. Note that stackable items cannot be wrapped.
Tips
Only non-stackable items can be wrapped with the Offering Kit — grey quality items like vendor trash work fine as wrap targets.
