Notfar's Favorite Food

Drop
Drops from Gutrot Slime. Having killed Notfar 1 time per 15 characters for 2 days (30 kills), I am thinking this toy didn't make it onto the loot table.
Notfar's Favorite Food is a toy that drops from Gutrot Slime in The Azure Span, though the drop rate is uncommon and was initially bugged at the expansion's launch.

Defeat Gutrot Slime
Travel to Gutrot Slime at 20.4, 49.2 in The Azure Span and defeat it. The toy has an uncommon drop rate, so you may need to kill this enemy multiple times before obtaining it.
