Guide awaiting review
Kill PvP Enemies
Kill 10 PvP enemies in BFA zones to unlock the quest for N'lyeth, Sliver of N'Zoth.
Accept and Use Item
Accept the quest and use the item to become allied with N'zoth's minions.
Turn Warmode Off
Turn Warmode off after receiving the buff, then kill Alliance or Horde players in BFA zones to progress the quest.
Avoid Dropping the Quest
Stay in BFA zones at all times — logging out, hearthing, or teleporting to other BFA zones will drop the quest and you will need to start over.

Carrying the toy in your inventory will prevent you from gaining reputation, so remove it from your bags if reputation matters to you.
