Complete Niffen Quest
Progress through the Niffen questline to earn the Niffen Diggin' Mitts as a quest reward. The toy is tied to reaching the appropriate reputation or progression milestone with the Niffen.
Use Toy Inside Cave
The Niffen Diggin' Mitts can only be used once you are deep enough inside the cave — the zone must register as the interior before the toy becomes usable, so travel toward the far end of the tunnel before activating it.
Tips
See the video guide for a full walkthrough of the Niffen questline and toy usage.
