Reach Renown 26
You must reach Iskaara Tuskarr Renown 26 before the quest becomes available. Once you have, find Murik at 13.15, 49.23 to pick up the quest Slacking and Sledding.
Complete Quest With Kiopo
Travel to Kiopo at 24.51, 70.84 to complete Slacking and Sledding. Upon completion, choose between the Magical Snow Sled or the Iskaara Tug Sled as your reward.

If you did not choose the Magical Snow Sled, you can purchase it from the vendor for 5

Learn The Sled Mechanics
The Magical Snow Sled has no level requirement to use. It places you in a vehicle with a top speed of 550% and a speed boost ability usable every 5 seconds. The sled moves forward on its own without a second player needed.
Understand Cooldown Behavior
The sled's 5-minute cooldown does not begin until you dismount or are knocked off. Being knocked off can happen if you slow down too much, so use the speed boost ability to stay moving.
Know The Speed Physics
The sled's acceleration and deceleration are not determined by how steep a slope is, but by how long you have been traveling uphill or downhill. Longer stretches of incline or descent have a greater effect on your speed.
Use For Threat Reset
The Magical Snow Sled turns enemy mobs neutral while you are mounted on it, making it usable in combat to drop or reset threat. Note that mounting the sled will be interrupted if you are attacked, so stunning the enemy first will allow you to mount uninterrupted.
Combat Invincibility Behavior
When mounted during combat, the sled makes you nearly invincible and causes it to ignore its normal movement physics, allowing you to move freely through combat areas. Lava remains dangerous while on the sled.
Tips
The Magical Snow Sled makes non-PvP-flagged NPCs neutral, letting you sled through most areas freely — but hostile faction NPCs like those in Camp Mojache will still knock you off if you are flagged for the opposing faction.
The sled can be used in combat to neutralize nearby enemies and effectively reset threat, giving it practical use beyond just being a toy.
