Guide awaiting review
Enter Heroic Scholomance
Queue for or enter Scholomance on Heroic difficulty. Doctor Theolen Krastinov only appears in the Heroic version of the instance, not the lower-level version.
Defeat Rattlegore First
Clear through the dungeon and defeat Rattlegore. Doctor Theolen Krastinov has a chance to spawn in the room immediately after Rattlegore, replacing one of the trash packs among the Krastinovian Carvers.
Kill Doctor Theolen Krastinov
Doctor Theolen Krastinov is a rare spawn, so he will not always be present in the room. When he does appear, defeat him — Krastinov's Bag of Horrors is his only drop and has a 100% drop chance.
Use the Bag of Horrors
Using Krastinov's Bag of Horrors transforms you into a male Forsaken wearing Rogue Tier 6 for 10 minutes, with a 2-hour cooldown. The transformation persists through combat, taking damage, and mounting, and causes your character to yell "The doctor is in!" upon activation.
