Travel to Zhu's Despair
Head to Zhu's Despair and complete the quest chain available there to earn Ken-Ken's Mask as a reward.

Use the Mask
Once learned, click Ken-Ken's Mask to wear it on your face for 1 minute, after which it goes on a 19-minute cooldown before you can use it again.
Tips
Ken-Ken's Mask can be used on racial leaders such as Velen and Garrosh.
