Fly to the village
Fly down to the village, pick up the quest from the NPC there, and complete it to receive Jin Warmkeg's Brew with no prior quests required.
Use your new toy
Plant the keg on the ground and right-click it to drink directly from the spigot, triggering a drinking animation that makes your character tipsy — the keg lasts for 1 minute and can be spam-clicked to get your character totally smashed very quickly.
Tips
The item name in your toy collection reads 'Jin Warmkeg's Brew' but the in-game description refers to it as 'Jin Warmbrew's Keg' — this is a known naming inconsistency.
