Farm rare spawns in Brackenhide Hollow for a chance at this toy drop. Known rares that drop it include High Shaman Rotknuckle and Blightfur. One player reported obtaining it from Rotknuckle on their second kill.
Use the toy effect
When used, Infected Ichor transforms you into a zombie and slows your movement speed to approximately one-third of normal speed.
Remove the slowdown buff
Target yourself and use the toy again to remove the slowness buff. You will retain the zombie appearance but regain normal movement speed and adopt the classic zombie pose with arms outstretched.
