Complete All Sides of the Story
Before the quest chain becomes available, complete Veritistrasz's portion of the 'All Sides of the Story' achievement. His story book is located in the underground portion of Obsidian Citadel, to the left.
Collect Two Vault Items
Retrieve the
Odd Round Object from one of the rooms on the 1st floor of the Vaults, and the
Dusty Vase from one of the rooms on the 4th floor — there is no need to open every room each week.
Meet Veritistrasz in Ohn'ahran Plains
Progress the questline until both characters are located in Ohn'ahran Plains at Rusza'tar Reach, then turn in the Dusty Vase and listen to Veritistrasz's dialogue to advance the story.
Start The Tale of Hraxian
Fly to Dragonscale Camp in Zaralek Cavern — found in the southwest of the map near a Flight Path — and speak with Veritistrasz (a dwarf) to pick up the quest 'The Tale of Hraxian'.
Complete Hraxian's Unbreakable Will
Speak through five or more dialogue exchanges with Veritistrasz, after which he will offer the final quest 'Hraxian's Unbreakable Will', rewarding the toy upon completion.
