Locate Ik-Ik the Nimble
Travel to Dread Wastes and find Ik-Ik the Nimble at 55, 64.6, tucked inside a small burrow between Soggy's Gambit and Kypari Zar. Despite living in a cave, this rare Hozen has roughly 4 million HP.
Defeat Ik-Ik the Nimble
Engage Ik-Ik the Nimble at 55, 64.6 in Dread Wastes and avoid his attacks — he is not difficult as long as you pay attention to his mechanics. Defeat him and loot the Hozen Beach Ball from his corpse.
Use the Beach Ball Toy
Using the Hozen Beach Ball grants the 10-minute 'Beach Bum' buff, which transforms your armor into capri pants and a tank top, and replaces your main-hand weapon with a shovel that retains any weapon enchant glow you have — rogues also receive a bucket in their off-hand. The buff counts as a costume rather than a shapeshift, so mounting, taking damage, and combat do not remove it.
Tips
If you fish while the Beach Bum buff is active, your character will use the shovel as a fishing pole.
Druids retain the Beach Bum costume appearance even after shapeshifting.
Depending on your character's skin tone, the tank top this toy equips can appear nearly invisible, making your character look topless.
