Obtain Warm Goren Egg
Farm Warm Goren Eggs as drops in Draenor. Visit the waypoints at 49.3, 43.6; 46.2, 42.9; 45, 42.6; 43.7, 42.4; 42.6, 46.8; 45.7, 49.7; 46.1, 50; 41.7, 52.9; 39, 68.1; and 44, 70.3 to locate spawns and gather the egg.

Wait for Egg Hatch
Place the Warm Goren Egg in your inventory and wait 7 days for it to hatch into Goren Garb.

Use Goren Garb
Activate Goren Garb to transform into a Goren and roll around for 5 minutes. The effect is removed when you enter combat.
Tips
Goren Garb no longer grants a speed increase as of patch 6.1.
