Gokk'lok's Shell
Quest reward from Promises of Gold. Gokklok's Shell is a fun item that spawns an open clamshell that you dance on. In order to get it, you have to kill Gokk'lok, a very large clam in the northwest seas of Dread Wastes.
Gokk'lok's Shell is a toy that summons an open clamshell for you to dance on, obtained by defeating Gokk'lok, a massive clam in the Dread Wastes, which awards the quest Promises of Gold that rewards the shell upon turn-in.

Travel to Dread Wastes
Head to the northwest seas of Dread Wastes and locate Gokk'lok, a very large clam, at 27, 16.
Defeat Gokk'lok
Gokk'lok has 16.3 million health and does not directly attack you, but spawns waves of adds at every 10% health interval. The add waves arrive in this order: 4 Spindlegrin Hatchlings, 1 Spindlegrin Remora, 1 Elder Spindlegrin (elite), 5 Brinyfin Darters, 2 Brinyfin Trumpeters, 1 Brinyfin Patriarch (elite), and 6 Seacarp — deal with each wave and continue burning down Gokk'lok's health.
Complete Promises of Gold
Upon killing Gokk'lok, you automatically receive the quest Promises of Gold. Turn it in to receive Gokk'lok's Shell.
Using the Shell
Activating Gokk'lok's Shell places you on an open clamshell, visually removes your armor for 2 minutes (your gear remains equipped), and lets you fish without breaking the buff. Moving instantly dismisses the shell and restores your armor appearance.
