Source: Other. Done the World Quest "All That Glitter" on 20 characters today (its up in EU), no toy drop.

The Glutinous Glitterscale Glob is a toy obtained as a random drop from completing the World Quest 'All That Glitter', awarded alongside normal gear loot with no special conditions required.

Guide awaiting review

1

Complete the World Quest

Complete the World Quest 'All That Glitter' when it is available. The toy drops randomly alongside the normal gear loot reward, with no special actions needed to trigger it.

2

Repeat on multiple characters

If the toy does not drop, run the World Quest again on additional level 70 characters each time it is active, as the drop is purely RNG and may require many attempts across alts.

Tips

  • This toy applies a sparkle buff for 60 seconds and has a 10-minute cooldown.
