Find 
A Rolled-Up Pillow inside the small hut next to the inn at 51.39, 56 in Harandar.
Collect the Lost Hunting Knife
Find 
A Lost Hunting Knife on top of a rock at the top of the waterfall at 45.14, 54.12 in Harandar.
Collect the Tattered Ball
Find 
A Tattered Ball under the mushroom tree in the grass next to Naynar at 51.1, 50.49 in Harandar.
Turn In at Altar of Wisdom
Bring A Rolled-Up Pillow to the Elder Spirit at the Altar of Wisdom at 51.15, 58.56. Use the additional dialogue option to hand over the item.
Turn In at Altar of Vigor
Bring A Lost Hunting Knife to the Huntress Spirit at the Altar of Vigor at 47.18, 53.14. Use the additional dialogue option to hand over the item.
Turn In at Altar of Innocence
Bring A Tattered Ball to the Child-Like Spirit at the Altar of Innocence at 51.15, 47.55. Use the additional dialogue option to hand over the item.
Claim the Treasure
After handing in all three items to their respective spirits, fly to the middle of the Den and loot the Gift of the Cycle treasure chest, which appears underwater at 51.21, 52.93.
Tips
All three altars are located on the highest hilltops surrounding the Den — see the video guide for navigation help.
On use, this toy summons one of the three spirits for 3 minutes, matching the toy's cooldown duration. The summoned spirits float in place and can be spoken to, but perform no actions.
