Accept and complete the Cenarion Concerns quest in Draenor to receive the Ever-Blooming Frond as a reward.
Use the Frond Correctly
Activate the frond instantly while in Draenor and out of combat — it applies a Rejuvenation-like heal-over-time that also restores mana, and you can keep moving for its full duration without needing to stand still.
Drop Combat Before Using
The frond cancels immediately if you take any damage or enter combat, so use it the moment you drop combat to get the full heal and mana restore; as a Rogue, you can Vanish and then use it immediately, though it will break Stealth.
Use on a Flightpath
The frond can be activated while mounted or even while on a flightpath without dismounting you, making it usable during travel for a free top-up every five minutes in place of standard food or drink consumables.
Tips
The frond is restricted to Draenor only and cannot be used in dungeons, raids, arenas, or outside of Draenor.
