Drop
Source: Drop. Sometimes I am just baffled by the choices Blizzard makes with these sorts of items.
Eternal Kiln is a rare drop from Kilnmasters on Timeless Isle that functions as a cooking fire with a 30-minute cooldown and grants 4 spirit.

Farm Kilnmasters in Ordon Sanctuary
Travel to Ordon Sanctuary on Timeless Isle and kill Kilnmasters both inside and around the sanctuary. This item has an extremely low drop rate, so expect to spend several hours farming before it drops.
