Dirty Spoon is a Falcosaur toy earned by completing the 9th quest in the Sharptalon Hatchling pet questline in Val'sharah during the Legion expansion.

Obtain Sharptalon Hatchling
You must first acquire the Sharptalon Hatchling companion pet, which is the source of the Dirty Spoon questline.
Feed Hatchling Dried Bilberries
Progress through the Sharptalon Hatchling questline by feeding your hatchling 
Dried Bilberries as required by the quests.
Complete 9th Questline Quest
Work through all nine quests in the Sharptalon Hatchling pet questline; the Dirty Spoon toy is awarded as a reward upon turning in the 9th and final quest.
Tips
All four Falcosaur Hatchling toys last until dismissed and can be used simultaneously — equipping all four at once gives your falcosaur a purple sun hat, two big fangs, a spoon carried in both hands, and a tiny backpack.
