Spec and Level Up
You must be a Rogue at level 74 or higher to have a chance of pickpocketing the Decahedral Dwarven Dice. Equip the Glyph of Pickpocket to improve your pickpocketing reach.
Head to Maker's Ascent
Travel to Maker's Ascent and begin at the bottom of the stairs, where two mobs stand — pickpocket these first, though killing them is not required.
Pickpocket Every Mob
Work through the groups of ten mobs in a grid pattern to avoid missing any, using Sap on the elite infantrymen to hold them in place while you pickpocket each one, then kill them after. Repeat this loop until the Decahedral Dwarven Dice drops.
