Tips
When activated, the toy grants you the Dazzling Bolt ability on your spellbar and equips a Rod weapon model in your main hand.
Hitting other players with Dazzling Bolt stuns them and awards you a stack of Dazzling Rod Score, which increases your size.
If you become stunned, you lose all stacks of Dazzling Rod Score and must rebuild them from scratch.
