Head to the Dalaran Sewers and find Conjurer Margoss at 44.6, 62.0. He is located on a small island northwest of Dalaran, behind the Tournament Announcer, and sells mounts, toys, and pets in exchange for Drowned Mana.
Farm Drowned Mana
Fish in the waters around Conjurer Margoss at 44.6, 62.0 in the Dalaran Sewers to collect Drowned Mana — your fishing skill can be anywhere from 1 to 800. If you find a 
Mark of Aquaos while fishing, throw it into the water to summon Aquaos the Unleashed, then defeat him to receive a catch-rate boost that guarantees 1–
2 Drowned Mana per catch. Note that your bag can hold a maximum of 100 Drowned Mana at a time, so spend them on items before reaching the cap, then purchase the Crate of Bobbers: Squeaky Duck from Conjurer Margoss.
Tips
Note that the
Crate of Bobbers: Squeaky Duck does not interact with the 
Oversized Bobber, so the duck bobber cannot be enlarged, and it does not play any squeak or quack sound.
