Ascend the tower
Speak with Noriko again to be placed on top of the tower, then jump down to the arena below.
Defeat Echo of Loss
Defeat the Echo of Loss enemy in the arena to complete the quest.
Claim your reward
Return to Noriko the All-Remembering at 46.62, 40.15 and complete the quest to receive the Compendium of Love.
