Unlock Obsidian Citadel Weeklies
Unlock the weekly quests at the Obsidian Citadel and select either Wrathion or Sabellian as your faction, if you have not done so already.
Restore Multiple Obsidian Keys
Farm enough fragments to craft at least two Restored Obsidian Keys — you will need more than one to maximize your attempts at the toy.
Turn In First Key Weekly
Turn in your weekly quest with Wrathion or Sabellian, which uses one Restored Obsidian Key. This step is required to unlock access to Igys the Believer.
Turn In Keys to Igys
Bring all remaining Restored Obsidian Keys to Igys the Believer. Each key turned in with Igys rewards one Twilight Cache, and each cache is one attempt at the Cloak of Many Faces. Do not turn in extra keys with any other NPC, as only Igys's Twilight Cache can contain the toy.
