Champion's Salute
Source: Quest. I hope this is the 'weapon raised' pose that happens when you use an Artifact Power item, so that we'll always be able to do that even after artifacts cease to be a thing.
Champion's Salute is a toy obtained during the Legion expansion that can be purchased from the vendor in your Order Hall for 1000 Order Hall Resources.
