Guide awaiting review
Locate the Illuminated Footlocker
Travel to Hallowfall and find the Illuminated Footlocker at 57.48, 27.46 in a cave. You must catch 5 firefly zones in the area before the chest becomes visible on your minimap.
Loot the Illuminated Footlocker
Once the chest appears on your minimap, interact with it to receive the Cave Spelunker's Torch. The chest shares a spawn timer with other players, so you may need to return multiple times if another player has recently looted it.
Use the torch in Delves
Activate the toy during darker Delves to emit light and spot hidden objects more easily. The buff lasts until you cancel it and has a 5 second cooldown between uses.
Tips
The toy will unsheathe your weapon when activated, which may be unintended behavior.
