Locate the Nascent Servitors
Find the Nascent Servitor mobs roaming around the water at 47.42, 88.61. Wait for one of them to be struck by lightning, which grants them a Creation Catalyst Overcharge buff, then kill it to steal a stack of that buff for yourself.
Stack Five Charges Fast

Open and Loot the Vault

Chef Pocopoc.
Use the Exit Teleporter
If you get locked inside the vault after looting, use the teleporter located inside the room to return outside.
