Enter Torghast Upper Reaches
Head into Torghast and select the Upper Reaches wing. The toy drops from the end boss on Floor 5 across Layers 9 through 16, so any of these layers are valid — Layer 16 offers the most frequent rewards anecdotally, while Layer 9 has smaller rooms that allow faster runs.
Rush to Floor 5 Boss
Skip collecting orbs as you move through the floors — only click orbs dropped by floor bosses to dismiss the prompt to advance, keeping your momentum. Use any available speed abilities on each floor, as all abilities except Covenant skills reset between floors.
Defeat the Floor 5 Boss
Defeat Synod or the Floor 5 end boss of your Upper Reaches run and loot the chest. A flawless run or Adamant Vaults completion is not required — a standard 3-star run is sufficient for the toy to drop.
Tips
Runs can be completed in under 3 minutes when the floor layouts are short, though longer corridor layouts can push a run to around 3.5 minutes.
Toy Train Set and Moonfeather Statue will be destroyed by the Box of Rattling Chains when used, while toys such as the 
Brewfest Chowdown Trophy, Infected Arachnid Casing, Trapped Treasure Chest Kit, and Brazier of Dancing Flames appear to be left unaffected.
