Blight Boar Microphone
Drops from Death Metal Knight. I would like to confirm that you have a chance for the "special" loot (helmets, toy, 2h mace) only once a month, but for every single toon.
The
Blight Boar Microphone is a toy that drops from the Death Metal Knight during the Darkmoon Faire's Blight Boar concert event, causing your character to briefly perform the opening seconds of a song before stopping.

Wait for the Concert
The Blight Boar concert event takes place at the Cauldron of Rock on Darkmoon Island and starts every hour on the half hour. Undead NPCs flood the area, Producer Jay McGuire introduces the band, and the NPCs begin dancing around the spooky stage.
Defeat the Death Metal Knight
During the performance, the Death Metal Knight spawns as a rare elite and hits very hard — defeat him for a chance at the Blight Boar Microphone. You can also score points by killing Ghouls that spawn from the graves and walk toward the stage.
Check Your Kill Status
The Death Metal Knight's special loot, including the Blight Boar Microphone, is on a monthly reset per character. Enter this into the in-game chat to check if your character has already received credit this month: /dump IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(47767) — if it returns "true", you won't get another chance at the toy on that character until next month.
Farm with Multiple Characters
Every character level 60 and above is eligible for the Blight Boar Microphone drop, and the monthly reset applies individually per character. One player confirmed getting the toy after roughly 30 attempts across 9 different characters over 4 months, with a reported 14% drop chance.
Tips
Characters below level 60 can kill the Death Metal Knight, but you must be at least level 60 to learn and use the Blight Boar Microphone toy.
