Collect the Sour Apple
Travel north from Dragonscale Basecamp up the path toward Obsidian Bulwark. After passing through the mountain passage, locate the Blacktalon Pack Goat at 43.7, 71.8 near Whimsy Cogtattler, Becca Black, and Snitch Eagersnipe. Pick up the 
Sour Apple from the ground beside the goat.
Throw apple at the bird
Continue flying up the path to Obsidian Bulwark. Keep to the right side and locate the Blacktalon Shadowclaw at 43.1, 67.2 behind Cireni. Throw the Sour Apple at the bird, which will trigger Battle Squawk and prepare it to fly you upward.
Collect the cache key
Interact with the Blacktalon Shadowclaw to fly up into the cave. At the cave entrance, pick up the 
Lost Cache Key next to the Blacktalon Assassin corpse.
Open the Lost Obsidian Cache
Continue deeper into the cave past the Ancient Basilisk and interact with the Lost Obsidian Cache to obtain the Black Dragon's Challenge Dummy.
