Big Red Raygun is a toy that enlarges and turns your pets red for 15 seconds, obtainable as a rare drop from Doctor Weavil on Alcaz Island.

Access Alcaz Island
Travel to Alcaz Island in the Dustwallow Marsh. If you have completed the Theramore Scenario, you will be phased and unable to see Doctor Weavil. Visit Zidormi at 55, 49 to access Theramore as it was before the scenario.
Farm Doctor Weavil
Defeat Doctor Weavil repeatedly on Alcaz Island. The toy has a very low drop rate, so be prepared to farm for an extended period. Doctor Weavil requires interrupts to defeat safely, so plan your character accordingly.
Loot the toy
Collect Big Red Raygun from Doctor Weavil's loot when it drops.
Tips
The toy affects all pet types: hunter pets, battle pets, bodyguards, summoned pets from
Wand of Simulated Life, and even Nomi summoned from 
Cooking School Bell.Beast Mastery hunters can macro the toy with Bestial Wrath to buff their pets every 10 minutes during combat.
