Find Pouch of Rune Chits
Search Korthia and loot random treasure chests until you find a Pouch of Rune Chits. Looting it will automatically start the quest Diviner's Rune Chits.
Collect 20 Rune Chits
Continue looting random treasure chests across Korthia to collect Diviner's Rune Chits. Use each one to obtain either a Rune Chit or a Duplicate Rune Chit until you have 20 Rune Chits total.
Turn In to Archivist Roh-Suir
Return the completed quest to Archivist Roh-Suir to receive 
250 Cataloged Research, 500 reputation with Archivist Roh-Suir, and the Ancient Korthian Runes toy.
Tips
The toy functions like a Warcraft-style tarot reading, casting 3 of the 12 possible runes — each representing Shadowlands figures or concepts such as The Queen, The Archon, The General, The Maw, Chains, Death, Judgement, Knowledge, Creation, Secrets, The Cycle, and Redeemer — each in either an upright or reversed position.
The same rune can appear more than once in a single cast, though all three runes have not been observed as identical in the same cast.
