The 
All-Seeing Eyes is a Battle for Azeroth toy that replaces your eyes with moving N'Zoth eyes for 10 minutes (30-minute cooldown), obtained by combining two soulbound drops from Black Empire Assault bosses.

Farm the Left Eye
The 
All-Seeing Left Eye drops from Will of N'Zoth during the Black Empire Assault in Vale of Eternal Blossoms. The drop rate is approximately 1.9%, and Will of N'Zoth can take up to 2 hours to spawn.
Farm the Right Eye
The All-Seeing Right Eye drops from Gaze of N'Zoth during the Black Empire Assault in Uldum, also at approximately a 1.9% drop rate.
Combine Both Eyes
Both the All-Seeing Left Eye and the All-Seeing Right Eye are soulbound on pickup, meaning the same single character must obtain both halves — they cannot be mailed to an alt. Once your character has both, combine them to create the All-Seeing Eyes toy.
Tips
Submit an in-game suggestion (Esc → Help → Suggestion) requesting that the All-Seeing Left Eye and All-Seeing Right Eye be made account-bound, which would significantly reduce the frustration of this farm.
