Find Ai-Li Skymirror
Travel to the Dread Wastes and locate the rare elite Ai-Li Skymirror at 34.8, 23.2. Defeat her to have a chance at the toy dropping.
Understand the mirror's range
Ai-Li's Skymirror has approximately a 30-yard range and only works on other players — attempting to use it on most NPCs will return the error 'Only works on players'.
Use the mirror on yourself
You can target yourself with Ai-Li's Skymirror. One approach is to equip mail, leather, or cloth items you can wear and then use the mirror on yourself to copy that appearance.
Tips
The buff granted by Ai-Li's Skymirror prevents mounting, displaying the error 'Cannot mount while shapeshifted'.
The buff does not break in combat but does break on death, allowing you to fight normally while transformed.
Druids who cast Ai-Li's Skymirror while already in a shapeshift form will waste the cooldown without receiving the buff — shift out of any druid form before using it.
Players who enjoy
Potion of Illusion will find Ai-Li's Skymirror a complementary addition to their collection.
