Unlock the Achievement
Earn the An Awfully Big Adventure achievement by defeating 44 Master Pet Tamers, bringing only 2 real combat pets into each battle — the third slot must be filled by an Elekk Plushie, which has no damaging moves.
Prepare Your Pet Roster
Having a large pool of level 25 battle pets makes this achievement straightforward, as different Tamers will require different counters; fewer max-level pets means a harder time finding viable 2-pet combinations for each fight.
Claim Trunks as Reward
Once all 44 Master Pet Tamers are defeated under the achievement's conditions, Trunks is automatically rewarded — the logical living conclusion of the Elekk Plushie's story, turned from plush toy into a real elephant companion.
