Travel to Fairbreeze Village in Eversong Woods and find Jilanne at 44.8, 71.4. Several Silver Dragonhawk Hatchlings roam around her in the area.

Buy the Silver Dragonhawk Hatchling directly from Jilanne. If you are not a Blood Elf, the pet can also sometimes be found on the Auction House from other players.
Tips
The Silver Dragonhawk Hatchling has an S/S breed, giving it the highest possible speed among the Dragonhawk Hatchlings at 358 top speed at level 25 — making it excellent for Quills-based battle strategies.
Flame Breath applies a Burning status effect to enemies even though the tooltip does not mention it, enabling a combo with Conflagrate that hits twice against a Burning target.
If you plan to use this pet in battles and have an upgrade stone available, aim for the S/S (speed) breed to maximize its Quills potential.
