Complete Broken Isles Safari
Work through all the required wild pets across the Broken Isles. The Stormstruck Beaver shares a 5-minute spawn timer with other beaver critters, so expect some waiting at its spawn locations in Stormheim.
Hunt the Fledgling Kingfeather
The Fledgling Kingfeather is one of the trickier pets to track down, found in Azsuna at 39, 40 and 29, 34.
Track Day and Night Spawns
Two mana fiends are required for the achievement — one spawns during the day and the other only at night, so you will need to complete both at different times.
