Race MiniZep is a battle pet taught by the 
Race MiniZep Controller, earned by completing the Darkmoon Faire's Real Big Race within 20 tolls while using a Rocketeer vehicle to unlock the Big Rocketeer: Gold achievement.

Visit the Darkmoon Faire
Head to the Darkmoon Faire during its active World Event period. As you approach the waterfront, you will find two race officials — the one on the right starts the trial races, and the one on the left starts the Real Big Race.
Practice on Trial Course
Start with the race official on the right to learn the mechanics. Stand on a disc to choose your vehicle — there are four options, each with its own set of abilities mapped to buttons 1–4. Familiarize yourself with the course here before attempting the Real Big Race.
Select the Rocketeer Vehicle
For the Real Big Race, approach the race official on the left and stand on the Rocketeer disc to select that vehicle. You must use the Rocketeer specifically, as the Big Rocketeer: Gold achievement — and thus the Race MiniZep Controller — is tied to completing the race with that vehicle.
Complete Race Within 20 Tolls
Complete the Real Big Race within 20 tolls while riding the Rocketeer to earn the Big Rocketeer: Gold achievement, which rewards the Race MiniZep Controller. Using this item teaches you the Race MiniZep battle pet.
Tips
This pet is not cageable and cannot be sold or traded, so it must be earned through the achievement on each character.
If you complete the achievement on a second character, you will receive a second Race MiniZep Controller, but since the pet is already learned, the extra controller cannot be used and will simply sit in your bags.
If your UI does not show a dismount button while in a race vehicle, pressing your normal mount keybind will dismount you from the vehicle.
