Speak to Emilia Bellocq
Find Emilia Bellocq at 75.4, 33.9 in The Waking Shores at the Wingrest Embassy, near the large dragon statue. You must speak to her first before any of the statuary fragments become visible and collectible.
Collect the Tail Fragment
Head to 58.24, 68.41 in The Waking Shores to collect the
Tail Fragment, found under the dragon statue. You can collect all 10 fragments at once and turn in all resulting quests to Emilia Bellocq in a single visit.
Complete Fragments of History
After turning in all 10 statuary pieces to Emilia Bellocq at 75.4, 33.9, you will earn the Fragments of History achievement, which unlocks the
Ornate Dragon Statue for purchase from her for
200 Gold — and grants access to Pinkie.
