Visit the guild vendor in any major city — ask a city guard for directions if needed — and purchase the Dark Phoenix Hatchling for 300 Gold.
Tips
Dark Phoenix Hatchling performs well against Mechanical pets: apply a burn effect and follow up with Conflagrate to deal heavy damage, with the second hit of the Conflagrate combo landing before the Mechanical's Auto-Life revival can act.
Against non-Mechanical pets, Dark Rebirth is the stronger choice over Conflagrate in the same ability slot, as Conflagrate was significantly reduced in patch 5.2.
