Brightpaw
Source: In-Game Shop. This magical kitty has so much energy that she will sometimes zip around for no reason whatsoever. Magic type. Typing /sit will make him jump in your lap. For some reason it won't do the same if you use the sit key (x for me).
Brightpaw is a promotional charity pet available from the in-game store during December, with proceeds donated to the Make-a-Wish Foundation.

Interact with Your Pet
Summon Brightpaw and use emote commands to interact with her: type /sit to make her jump in your lap, /dance to make her dance, /roar to trigger a roaring motion, /eat to see her eat, and /pat to make her yawn. When idle, she will occasionally zip around, paw at the ground, sit, or lay down on her own.
