The most effective way to earn Miscellaneous Mechanica is by repeatedly killing Cartel-specific Rares such as Voltstrike the Charged, Scrapchewer, M.A.G.N.O., and Giovante in Undermine. At Renown 6 you can trigger their spawn events yourself, and the drop chance is not removed after your first kill of the day, though the drop rate is low. The Margin Manipulator is also tradeable, so purchasing it from the Auction House is a valid alternative if farming feels too slow.
