Acquisition Guide

The Arboreal Gulper is a mount that drops from Humon'gozz, a rare spawn in Ardenweald that players must summon by using an Unusually Large Mushroom.

Farm Unusually Large Mushroom

Kill any mob in Ardenweald to collect an Unusually Large Mushroom, which has a 1-5% drop chance from all enemies in the zone, including regular mobs and other rares.

Use the Damp Loam

Once you have the Unusually Large Mushroom, you have 20 minutes to reach the Damp Loam at 32.4, 30.3 in Ardenweald and click it to begin summoning Humon'gozz.

Kill Humon'gozz

After the mushroom grows into Humon'gozz at 32.4, 30.3, defeat the rare — any player who deals damage to Humon'gozz can loot the Arboreal Gulper, and the current drop rate is 100%.

Learn the Mount

You must be level 60 to learn the Arboreal Gulper — attempting to use the item below level 60 will result in a 'You cannot use that item' error, even if you obtained it while leveling.

Tips

You do not need to be in a group to fight Humon'gozz — solo damage is enough to qualify for the loot.
You do not need to have looted the Unusually Large Mushroom yourself to loot Humon'gozz — joining an active kill also works.
