Gladiator's Silk Armor is a Season 1 Arena set for mages (level 70) that can be collected as transmog by purchasing each piece from Kezzik the Striker in Area 52, Netherstorm, or through alternative token and currency methods.
Buy with Marks of Honor
In Legion and beyond, visit Kezzik the Striker inside the building closest to the flight point in Area 52, Netherstorm, and purchase each piece with 
Marks of Honor: 
Gladiator's Silk Cowl costs 3, 
Gladiator's Silk Amice costs 2, 
Gladiator's Silk Raiment costs 3, 
Gladiator's Silk Trousers costs 3, and 
Gladiator's Silk Handguards costs 2.
Alternate Token Purchase Route
Each piece can also be obtained by purchasing it from Karynna on the Isle of Quel'Danas using the appropriate token: 
Chestguard of the Fallen Hero drops from Magtheridon in Magtheridon's Lair at a ~75% drop rate, 
Gloves of the Fallen Hero drops from The Curator in Karazhan at ~30%, and 
Leggings of the Fallen Hero drops from Gruul the Dragonkiller in Gruul's Lair at ~71% — enter each raid solo and defeat the boss to collect the token.
Tips
When socketing the
Gladiator's Silk Amice, using two Steady Talasite gems instead of a Solid Star of Elune and a Mystic Dawn still provides 8 resilience and 12 stamina while activating the socket bonus, and costs significantly less on the Auction House.
