Complete weekly Emissary quest
Complete the weekly event quest "Emissary of War" to receive a 
Cache of Nightborne Treasures. This quest offers Heroic-quality rewards with a minimum item level of 885.
Open the cache
Open the Cache of Nightborne Treasures to obtain Doomblade Battlegear pieces. The cache quality is determined when you receive the quest, not when you complete it.
Tips
Cache quality is locked in when you obtain the quest, so your current gear and difficulty progression affect which version you receive.
