Giantstalker Armor is a Tier 1 Hunter raid set from Molten Core, collected by defeating specific bosses throughout the instance for each piece.
Enter Molten Core
Molten Core is located beyond Blackrock Depths in the deepest part of Blackrock Mountain. Enter the raid and work through the earlier bosses to reach Golemagg the Incinerator.
Defeat Golemagg the Incinerator
Find Golemagg the Incinerator at 68.8, 57.6 in Molten Core and defeat him for the 
Giantstalker's Breastplate, which has approximately a 22% drop chance. Hunters can use a pet such as a tanky companion to absorb damage during the fight, and pulling aggro off Golemagg is noted to be very difficult.
Farm Remaining Set Pieces
The other pieces drop from bosses throughout Molten Core: 
Giantstalker's Boots from Gehennas (~27%), 
Giantstalker's Epaulets from Sulfuron Harbinger (~36%), 
Giantstalker's Gloves from Shazzrah (~36%), 
Giantstalker's Helmet from Garr (~18%), 
Giantstalker's Leggings from Magmadar (~18%), while 
Giantstalker's Belt and 
Giantstalker's Bracers are zone drops from any enemy in Molten Core.
Tips
Pieces that are soulbound cannot be traded or mailed to other characters, so farm each piece on the character that needs it.
Molten Core resets weekly, allowing one full clear per week with a chance at each boss's drops.
