Enter Blackwing Lair, located at the very height of Blackrock Spire in Blackrock Mountain, and defeat the following bosses to collect set pieces: Razorgore the Untamed drops 
Netherwind Bindings (23%), Vaelastrasz the Corrupt drops 
Netherwind Belt (24%), Broodlord Lashlayer drops 
Netherwind Boots (24%), Chromaggus drops 
Netherwind Mantle (24%), Flamegor, Ebonroc, and Firemaw each drop 
Netherwind Gloves (9%), Nefarian drops both 
Netherwind Crown (12%) and 
Netherwind Robes (23%), and Ragnaros drops 
Netherwind Pants (23%).
