Enter Molten Core and defeat Golemagg the Incinerator at 68.8, 57.6 to obtain 
Lawbringer Chestguard, which has a 22% drop chance.

Collect the other pieces: 
Lawbringer Boots from Lucifron (22%), 
Lawbringer Gauntlets from Gehennas (27%), 
Lawbringer Helm from Garr (18%), 
Lawbringer Legplates from Magmadar (18%), 
Lawbringer Spaulders from Baron Geddon (27%), 
Lawbringer Belt as a zone drop, and 
Lawbringer Bracers as a zone drop.
