Obtain Earthfury Boots from Lucifron
Defeat Lucifron at 65.8, 37.4 in Molten Core. These boots have a 21% drop chance.
Collect remaining set pieces
Earthfury Vestments drop from Golemagg the Incinerator (22%), 
Earthfury Epaulets from Baron Geddon (26%), 
Earthfury Gauntlets from Gehennas (27%), 
Earthfury Helmet from Garr (18%), and 
Earthfury Legguards from Magmadar (19%). 
Earthfury Belt and 
Earthfury Bracers are zone drops in Molten Core.
Tips
As of patch 2.0.1, this shaman gear now drops on the Alliance side; paladin-only drops appear on the Horde side.
Equipping 3 pieces increases totem radius to 30 yards for friendly targets.
